• Can we setup inflatable on concrete?
• No the unit needs to be staked down.
• Can we use oil or baby shampoo on the slides?
• No the products deteriorate the unit.
• Are adults allowed on our bounce house combo units?
• An adult may be in the bounce portion but not the slide, slides are rated for children.
• Should the unit be turned off during bad weather?
• Yes exit unit and turn off.
• Do you have one day pricing?
• No in most cases we deliver the day before the event and pickup the morning after the event (applies to inflatables only)
• Can inflatables be delivered and picked up on the same day?
• Yes but the price remains the same.
• Can you hold an item for me and I will let you know if I am interested?
• No the bookings are first come first serve.
• How will I now when my Unit will be delivered?
• We will text you the evening before with delivery time.
• Does anyone have to be home for delivery?
• Yes, must be at least 18 years of age to sign agreement.
• Does anyone need to be home at pickup?
• No, but Dogs must be contained and equipment must be out and available.
• Do you provide Extension Cords?
• We can in some instances, but do ask the customer to provide one if possible.
• How close to a power source should we be?
• We ask to be no more than 50 ft. any further could result in voltage drop and the blower will not function at compacity and the unit will not inflate correctly.
• Do you provide a water hose?
• No we do not.
• Do you provide Alcohol for Margarita Machine?
• No
• What if I have a last minute booking what do I do.
• Call us at 337-304-4652 our booking site does not allow last minute bookings.
